10 Registration of relationship
If the Registrar determines a relationship may be registered under the Relationships Register Act 2010, the following particulars must be registered in the Register—
(a) the sex, full name, occupation and usual place of residence of each party to the relationship,
(b) the date and place of birth of each party to the relationship,
(c) the full names of the parents of each party to the relationship, including, if applicable, the original surname of each parent.
