sec.23 Continued
application of repealed regulation
This section applies to an application to which, under section 137 of the Act , the repealed Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2003 continues to apply. The Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulation 2015 as in force before the repeal of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2003 continues to apply to the application. (sec.23-ssec.1) This section applies to an application to which, under section 137 of the Act , the repealed Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2003 continues to apply. (sec.23-ssec.2) The Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulation 2015 as in force before the repeal of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2003 continues to apply to the application.
