                        information

For an application, the periods for schedule 2 of the Act , definition historical information are— for a birth—100 years before the day of the application; or for a marriage—75 years before the day of the application; or for a civil partnership—75 years before the day of the application; or for a death—30 years before the day of the application.

(a) for a birth—100 years before the day of the application; or
(b) for a marriage—75 years before the day of the application; or
(c) for a civil partnership—75 years before the day of the application; or
(d) for a death—30 years before the day of the application.
