### 9 Execution of documents > > (1)  The Registrar may issue a certificate or other document under the Registrar's signature and seal or a facsimile of the Registrar's signature and seal produced by stamp, machine imprint or some other method authorised by regulation. > > > (2)  If a document produced before a court or an administrative authority or official is apparently under – > > > > > > (a) the Registrar's signature and seal; or > > > > > > > (b) a facsimile of the Registrar's signature and seal produced by stamp, machine imprint or some other method authorised by regulation – > > > > the court, authority or official must presume, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the document was properly issued under the Registrar's authority. > > > (3)  Judicial notice is to be taken of the seal.
