### 55 Unauthorised access to or interference with Register
> A person must not, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful authority –
>
> > > (a) obtain access to the Register or information contained in the Register; or
> >
> > > (b) make, alter or delete an entry in the Register; or
> >
> > > (c) interfere with the Register in any other way.
