> > (1) The regulations may prescribe fees, or a basis for calculating fees, for –

> > > > (a) access to the Register; or

> > > > (b) a search of the Register; or

> > > > (c) the issue of a certificate following a search of the Register; or

> > > > (d) other services provided by the Registrar.
