19A Application by young person to register change of given name A young person may apply to the registrar-general for registration of a change of any of the person’s given names if— (i) the young person is domiciled or resident in the ACT; or (ii) the young person’s birth is registered in the ACT; and (b) the young person is— young person to apply.
