#### 56 Administrative review by the Civil and Administrative Tribunal 56 Administrative review by the Civil and Administrative Tribunal > > (1) A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Registrar made in the exercise or purported exercise of functions under this Act may apply to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an administrative review under the [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076) of the decision. > > > (2) This section does not give a right of administrative review of a decision of the Registrar to refuse to register a change of name that was made only because the Commissioner of Corrective Services or the Commissioner of Police refused to give approval under section 31F. > > **s 56:** Subst 1997 No 77, Sch 5.4.
