#### 94 Additional matters to which accreditation authority may have regard 94 Additional matters to which accreditation authority may have regard > An accreditation authority, when determining an application for accreditation or renewal of accreditation or determining whether to suspend or cancel accreditation, may have regard to the following for the purposes of making a decision about the person’s suitability to be granted accreditation— > > > (a) whether the person has the capacity to properly discharge the person’s functions as a biosecurity certifier, > > > (b) whether the person has had an accreditation cancelled or suspended, > > > (c) the person’s history of compliance with the Act and this Regulation (or any other Act or law).
