#### 93 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling accreditation 93 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling accreditation > An accreditation authority may refuse to grant accreditation to a person, refuse to grant a renewal of accreditation to a person or suspend or cancel a person’s accreditation on any of the following grounds— > > > (a) the person has, in the reasonable opinion of the accreditation authority, made a statement or furnished information that is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with an application under the Act or in purported compliance with any requirement imposed by or under the Act, > > > (b) the person has previously been accredited and that accreditation was cancelled within the previous 2 years and that cancellation has not been overturned on appeal.
