#### 82 Condition—notification to Secretary 82 Condition—notification to Secretary > > (1) It is a condition of registration that a registered entity must notify the Secretary of a change to any of the following within 7 days after the change occurs— > > > > > (a) the contact details of the registered entity, > > > > > (b) the contact details of a person in charge of animals (other than bees) of the registered entity if that person is different from the registered entity, > > > > > (c) the location of enclosures (including yards and paddocks) used to accommodate animals (other than bees) of the registered entity. > > > (2) In this clause, animal of a registered entity means an animal in respect of which the registered entity holds (or is required to hold) a biosecurity registration.
