76 Manner in which notification is to be given
Notification is to be given—
(a) in the case of a prohibited matter event or a biosecurity event—by immediately verbally notifying an authorised officer or in any other manner approved by the Secretary and published on a NSW Government website used by the Department, or
(b) in the case of a matter required to be notified under this Regulation—in a manner approved by the Secretary and published on the website of the Department.
