#### 104 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling approval 104 Additional grounds for refusing, suspending or cancelling approval > The Secretary may refuse to grant approval to a person, refuse to grant a renewal of approval to a person or suspend or cancel a person’s approval on any of the following grounds— > > > (a) the person has, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary, made a statement or furnished information that is false or misleading in a material particular in connection with an application under the Act or in purported compliance with any requirement imposed by or under the Act, > > > (b) the person has previously been granted an approval and that approval was cancelled within the previous 2 years and that cancellation has not been overturned on appeal, > > > (c) the person, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary, does not have the relevant skills, knowledge or experience to exercise all the functions of an accreditation authority.
