75 Offence—reportable farm property transactions (1) An owner of identifiable stock involved in a reportable farm property transaction must give the NLIS administrator the transaction information for the transaction by the end of the earlier of the following days: (a) 2 working days after the day the transaction happens; (b) the day the stock involved in the transaction is moved from the farm property.
