60 Offences—information required on delivery to goat depot (1) A person who delivers a goat to a goat depot must, at the time of the delivery, give the delivery information for the goat to— (a) the operator of the goat depot; or (b) if the operator is absent from the goat depot—the person in charge of the goat depot.

Section 61 (2) A person in charge of a goat depot who is given delivery information operator of the goat depot within 2 working days after the day of the delivery. (3) An operator of a goat depot who is going to be absent from the goat depot, must tell the person in charge of the goat depot, in writing, about their obligations under subsection (2). (4) An operator of a goat depot where a goat is delivered must ensure that the goat is not sold before the operator receives the delivery information for the goat.
