59 Offence—operator of stock event to keep information (1) An operator of a stock event who is given delivery information under section 58 (1) or (2), must keep a record of the delivery information, and the property identification code of the property where the event was held, for— (a) for delivery of a pig—3 years after the day of the delivery; or (b) 7 years after the day of the delivery.
