55 Offence—operator of abattoir to keep information (1) An operator of an abattoir who is given delivery information under section 54 (1) or (2) must— (a) keep a record of the delivery information, and the property identification code or address of the abattoir, for 2 years after the day of the delivery; and (b) produce the record for inspection on request of a food inspector.
