50 Offences—information required on delivery to stock and (1) A person who delivers identifiable stock to a stock and station agent must, at the time of the delivery, give the agent the delivery information for the stock. (2) A stock and station agent to whom identifiable stock is delivered, must not sell the stock unless the agent has the delivery information for the stock.
