37 Offence—certain people may acquire permanent identifiers (1) A person must not acquire a permanent identifier unless the person is— (a) the director-general; or (b) a relevant person for a property, and the property identification code on the identifier is the property identification code of the property; or (c) a stock and station agent with an agent identification code who is acting for a relevant person for a property, and the property identification code on the identifier is the property identification code of the property.
