35 Offence—recipient to use permanent identifier as directed by supplier (a) a person (the recipient) is supplied with a permanent identifier for use at a saleyard or abattoir by— (i) an approved supplier; or

Section 36 (ii) an interstate approved supplier; and (b) the supplier gives the recipient a direction, in writing, about the use of the identifier. (2) The recipient must not use the permanent identifier in a way that contravenes the direction.
