27 Application—sdiv 3.2.1 This subdivision applies to the supply of permanent identifiers other than under subdivision 3.2.2 (Supply of permanent identifiers for temporary use on unidentified stock at saleyard or abattoir). Note A supplier of permanent identifiers does not need to be approved under sdiv 3.2.2 unless— (a) the supplier is the operator of a saleyard or abattoir; and (b) the permanent identifier is being supplied for use on unidentified stock while they are at the saleyard or abattoir.
