13 Property identification code—allocation to property The director-general may, on application under section 12 or on the director-general’s own initiative, allocate a property identification code to a property if— (a) relevant stock is kept on the property; or (b) an abattoir, saleyard, stock event, goat depot or cattle scale operation is operated on the property; or (c) the property is on unleased territory land.
