105 Agent identification codes—requirement to update details before commencement day (a) before the commencement day— (i) a stock and station agent had been allocated an agent identification code under the repealed Act, section 38 (2) (Allocating identification codes); and (ii) there was a change in any of the details mentioned in the repealed Act, section 41 (2) (Applying for agent identification code); and

(2) The repealed Act, section 42 continues to apply to the person despite
