59 Operators of goat depots must be registered
(1) A person must not operate a goat depot unless the person is registered with the Secretary.
(2) The Secretary may impose such reasonable conditions on the registration of a person under this clause as the Secretary sees fit, including a condition specifying the location of the goat depot operated by the person.
(3) The Secretary may suspend or cancel a person’s registration if the person fails to comply with any such condition.
(4) A person must comply with the conditions on the person’s registration.
