58 General provisions relating to orders

58 General provisions relating to orders

(1) An order made under this Regulation may—

(a) apply generally or be limited in its application by reference to specified exceptions or factors, or

(b) apply differently according to different factors of a specified kind.

(2) Any such order takes effect—

(a) on the day it is published in the Gazette, or

(b) on a later date specified in the order.

(3) The Secretary is to ensure that any order made under this Regulation is placed on a NSW Government website used by the Department as soon as practicable after its publication in the Gazette.

Note.

At the time of the commencement of this Regulation, the Department’s website is www.dpi.nsw.gov.au.

(4) Failure to comply with subclause (3) does not invalidate an order.
