45 Moving an insanitary vessel or things removed from it Despite the repeal of the Quarantine Act, if a quarantine officer took an action under paragraph 78C(1)(c) or (d) of that Act before the commencement day: (a) subsections 78C(2) and (2A) of that Act continue to apply; and (b) permission that was in force immediately before the commencement day to do a thing mentioned in paragraph 78C(2)(b) of that Act continues to have effect.
