Classes of goods to which this section applies (1) This section applies to the following classes of goods: (a) used beehives; (b) used beekeeping equipment (including protective clothing). Conditions (2) Goods included in a class of goods to which this section applies must not be brought or imported into Australian territory unless the goods are covered by an import permit.
