37 Alternative conditions—biological material intended for personal use

(1) This section applies to any biological material (the goods). (2) For paragraph 12(1)(b), alternative conditions for bringing or importing the goods into Australian territory are: (a) the goods are intended for human therapeutic use; and (b) the goods do not contain bee pollen; and (c) the goods: (i) are for personal use by the person bringing in or importing the goods; or (ii) are for use by any spouse, de facto partner, child, parent or sibling of the person bringing in or importing the goods; and (d) the goods are in a quantity of not more than 3 months’ supply; and (e) the goods are accompanied by documentation stating that the goods are in a quantity of not more than 3 months’ supply.
