1  Name

  This instrument is the Biosecurity (Biosecurity Activity Zones) Determination 2021.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1. the day after this instrument is registered; and
2. the day and time the Biosecurity (Biosecurity Activity Zones) Repeal Determination 2021 commences.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 395(1) of the Biosecurity Act 2015.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Biosecurity Act 2015.

5  Biosecurity activity zone—Mickleham (Victoria)

1.     For the purposes of subsection 395(1) of the Act, the specified area in subsection (2), that is in Australian Territory, is determined to be a biosecurity activity zone.
