86 Offences—fail to comply with group exemption condition (1) A person who engages in conduct under the authority of a group exemption must comply with the conditions of the group exemption. (a) the person engages in conduct under the authority of a group exemption; and (b) the group exemption is subject to a condition; and (c) the person intentionally or negligently fails to comply with the condition.
