78 Permits—cancellation (1) If the director-general is satisfied there are grounds to cancel a biosecurity permit, the director-general may cancel the permit by giving the permit-holder a written cancellation notice stating— (2) However, in an emergency, the director-general may give the notice orally, and give written confirmation of the cancellation to the permit-holder as soon as practicable.
