77 Permits—immediate suspension without prior notice (1) The director-general need not give notice under section 76 before suspending a biosecurity permit— urgently because of the biosecurity impact of the conduct authorised by the permit; or (2) However, if the director-general suspends a permit without giving prior notice, the director-general must give the permit-holder a written notice stating— (b) that the permit-holder may, by a stated day that is at least make a submission to the director-general about the suspension. (3) If the permit-holder makes a submission before the stated day, the (c) give the permit-holder written notice of the decision.
