76 Permits—notice of proposed suspension (1) Before suspending a biosecurity permit, the director-general must give the permit-holder a written notice stating— (a) that the director-general proposes to suspend the permit; and
(c) that the permit-holder may, by a stated day that is at least suspension. (2) If the permit-holder makes a submission before the stated day, the whether to suspend the permit. (3) This section is subject to section 77.
