74 Permits—grounds for suspension or cancellation Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling a biosecurity permit: (a) the permit-holder has failed to comply with a provision of this Act;

(b) the permit-holder is not a suitable person to engage in the conduct authorised by the permit; (c) the permit-holder does not have the qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience to manage the biosecurity risk associated with the conduct to be authorised by the permit; (d) the permit-holder used false or misleading information to obtain the permit; (e) a ground for refusing to renew the permit exists; (f) the suspension or cancellation is necessary because of an emergency;
