73 Offences—fail to comply with permit condition (1) A permit-holder must comply with the conditions on their biosecurity permit. (2) A permit-holder commits an offence if— (a) the permit is subject to a condition; and (b) the permit-holder intentionally or negligently fails to comply with the condition.
