64 Permits—renewal application (1) A permit-holder may apply to the director-general for renewal of their biosecurity permit. (3) If an application for renewal is made before the permit expires, the biosecurity permit continues in force (unless otherwise suspended, cancelled or surrendered) until the director-general notifies the applicant of a decision on the application.
