42 Emergency declarations—scope of emergency measures (1) Emergency measures may— (a) prohibit, regulate or control the doing of anything related to the biosecurity risk; or (b) require or authorise the doing of anything related to the biosecurity risk. (2) In particular, emergency measures may prohibit, regulate, control, require or authorise any of the following: (e) the treatment measures to be carried out in relation to any

containment measure in relation to any premises, biosecurity matter or other thing; (o) any other matter prescribed by regulation.
