35 Prohibited dealings with biosecurity matter (1) The Minister may declare that a stated dealing with biosecurity matter is prohibited (a prohibited dealing) if satisfied that the dealing with the biosecurity matter poses a significant biosecurity risk to any part of the ACT. (2) A declaration may apply to a stated part of the ACT.
