33 Prohibited biosecurity matter (1) The Minister may declare biosecurity matter to be prohibited (prohibited biosecurity matter) if satisfied that the biosecurity matter poses a significant biosecurity risk to any part of the ACT. (2) A declaration may apply to a stated part of the ACT. Note The presence of prohibited biosecurity matter in any part of the ACT is a biosecurity event and must be notified under s 26.
