210Prohibition orders

210 Prohibition orders against this Act, the court may do 1 or more of the following: (a) order the person not to deal with any stated biosecurity matter or carrier, or not to engage in any stated dealing with stated (b) cancel, suspend or amend any of the following authorisations held by the person: (i) biosecurity registration;

(ii) a biosecurity permit; (iii) approval as a biosecurity certifier; (iv) approval as a biosecurity auditor; (v) approval as a certifier authority; (vi) approval as an auditor authority; (c) disqualify the person from applying for an authorisation mentioned in paragraph (b); (d) extend any biosecurity undertaking given by the person. (2) The court may fix a period during which the order applies and impose any other requirements the court considers necessary or convenient for enforcement of the order.
