155 Biosecurity directions—authorising actions and (1) If a person (the liable person) fails to comply with a biosecurity direction, the director-general may authorise a person to— premises, that the liable person is required by the direction to take or that is otherwise necessary to remedy the failure to comply. biosecurity direction is in addition to the taking of a proceeding for an offence of failing to comply with a biosecurity direction under section 156.
