141 Approvals—notice of proposed suspension (1) Before suspending an approval, the director-general must give the approval-holder a written notice stating— (a) that the director-general proposes to suspend the approval; and (c) that the approval-holder may, by a stated day that is at least suspension.

(2) If the approval-holder makes a submission before the stated day, the whether to suspend the approval. (3) This section is subject to section 142.
