139 Approvals—grounds for suspension or cancellation Each of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling an approval: (a) the approval-holder has failed to comply with a provision of this Act; (b) the approval-holder is not a suitable person to hold the approval; (c) for a certifier authority or auditor authority—the approval-holder does not satisfy a criterion mentioned in section 133;

(d) the approval-holder does not have the qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required to continue to hold the approval; (e) the approval-holder used false or misleading information to obtain the approval; (f) a ground for refusing to renew the approval exists;
