123 Interstate authorisations—non-compliance notice If the director-general is satisfied a corporation taken to be approved under section 122 has failed to comply with this Act, including by failing to comply with a condition of the approval, the director-general may give the corporation a written notice (a non-compliance notice) stating— (a) the reasons for giving the notice; and (b) when the notice takes effect.
