113 Offences—false representation about biosecurity certificate (1) A person must not falsely represent that a biosecurity certificate has been issued for any biosecurity matter, premises or other thing. negligently falsely represents that a biosecurity certificate has been issued for any biosecurity matter, premises or other thing. biosecurity certificate includes an interstate biosecurity certificate.
