106 Registration—notice of proposed cancellation (1) Before cancelling a person’s registration, the director-general must give the person a written notice stating— (a) that the director-general proposes to cancel the registration; and (c) that the person may, by a stated day that is at least 14 days after the director-general about the proposed cancellation.
