103 Registration—notice of proposed suspension (1) Before suspending a person’s registration, the director-general must give the person a written notice stating— (a) that the director-general proposes to suspend the registration; and (c) that the person may, by a stated day that is at least 14 days after the director-general about the proposed suspension. (2) If the person makes a submission before the stated day, the whether to suspend the person’s registration. (3) This section is subject to section 104.
