84  Test for including a biosecurity measure in a human biosecurity control order   An officer may include a biosecurity measure in a human biosecurity control order only if the officer is satisfied that the biosecurity measure contributes to managing the risk of:  (a) contagion of a listed human disease; or  (b) a listed human disease entering, or emerging, establishing itself or spreading in, Australian territory or a part of Australian territory. Note 1: Before including a biosecurity measure in a human biosecurity control order, an officer must be satisfied of the matters referred to in section 34 (the principles).
