80  Time period for making applications under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977  (1) An application may be made under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977, for an order of review of a decision to give a direction in accordance with paragraph 72(5)(a) of this Act, within:  (a) 7 business days from the day the decision is made; or  (b) any further period as the court concerned allows (whether before or after the end of the period referred to in paragraph (a) of this subsection).  (2) This section applies despite section 11 of the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.
