69  Providing contact information  (1) An officer who intends to impose a human biosecurity control order on an individual may require the individual to provide the officer with prescribed contact information for the individual.  (2) The individual must comply with the requirement immediately. Note 1: A person may commit an offence or contravene a civil penalty provision if the person provides false or misleading information or documents (see sections 137.1 and 137.2 of the Criminal Code and sections 532 and 533 of this Act). Offence  (3) An individual commits an offence if:  (a) the individual is required to provide an officer with contact information under this section; and  (b) the individual fails to comply with the requirement. Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months or 60 penalty units, or both.
